First Bank of the Lake has sponsored a program that is bringing financial literacy education to students in 42 schools. The financial support from First Bank will give teachers and students free access to the Banzai program which allows users to practice real-world finance through an online program. Blake Monson with First Bank of the Lake said they began looking into providing financial support for the program when they learned that the community was lacking financial literacy education….

According to Monson, First Bank of the Lake will bring the program to over 22-hundred students and are available for any school in counties that share a boundary with Camden County.
