Dover-Phila Federal Credit Union, in partnership with Banzai, will offer an online financial literacy program to 27 schools in Carroll, Harrison and Tuscarawas counties.
Banzai is an interactive, web-based financial literacy program that teaches students to work through assignments that are based on real life. The program is being offered for free because the credit union is sponsoring it.
The program is supplemented by printed workbooks. It aligns with Ohio state curriculum requirements for personal finance education. The course work can be completed on any internet enabled computer or mobile device, and teachers are able to monitor student progress remotely.
